BVU Residential Loan Program

BVU’s Residential Loan Program is a great way to finance your energy improvement projects. Five different programs are designed to help qualified customers make home improvements to reduce energy costs and save money.

Valued BVU customers with approved credit may finance home energy improvement projects through the Residential Loan Program and repay the loan in low monthly installments that are added to your utilities bill.

Guidelines

• This is a low fixed, simple interest rate.
• Loans can be paid off at any time without penalty.
• No down payment is required; loan financing terms vary based on program selection.
Each program may have separate and unique requirements based on each individual situation. In all cases, required inspections and any applicable building codes must be met and/or passed in order to qualify for financing. If work is not done by a licensed contractor, BVU will only finance the cost of materials. If the customer chooses not to use a licensed contractor, a liability release will be required.
