Deadline For Chapter Awards of Excellence Set
"Round 'em Up" And Send 'em To The Corral

The Tri-Cities Tennessee-Virginia Chapter of PRSA has chosen a theme and set the deadline for its annual Awards of Excellence.

This year's theme is "Round 'em Up."

"We want everyone to round up their best work and see how it stacks up against the competition," Pam Cox, event chairman from the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, said. "We're planning a celebration that ties into our theme, but we're going to keep up the suspense just a bit longer."

Entries must be rounded up and sent to the corral by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 17.   The corral is located at the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, 151 E. Main St.

The rules, categories and fees are the same as last year. Entry booklets will be mailed soon, and a pdf version will be sent via e-mail. Get ahead of the herd by starting to compile your entries now.
