• Download, complete and return the adoption form. A copy of the child’s Christmas wish list and other pertinent information will be sent to you. There is no obligation to purchase from the list.
  
  
• Shop for gifts.
  
  
• Work with the parents (or guardians) to determine a date and location to deliver the gifts.
  
  
• Complete an Adoption Feedback form and return it to the address listed above.

Santa Pal, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving less fortunate
children and their families in Bristol and select areas in Sullivan County.
